1. Start with the official syllabus documents
Before touching any question bank, download the official syllabus PDFs from csca.cn — one each for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Professional Chinese (Humanities or STEM stream). 2. Diagnose your level before studying

3. Free CSCA practice bank (topic by topic)

4. Real previous papers (Dec 2025 – Apr 2026)
The closest rehearsal to the real thing: solve the 3 reconstructed previous-exam papers — 48 questions, 60 minutes, 100 marks each, with disputed source-issue questions clearly marked instead of silently graded. Work each paper timed, then clear every mistake before the next one.
5. Full mock exams under real conditions
Finish with full 48-question / 60-minute mocks: countdown timer, question navigator, flagging and auto-submit, plus score, accuracy, speed and confidence analytics with a weak-topic breakdown after every paper.
6. Formula sheets and chapter lessons
Mathematics has full 5-stage chapter lessons — Learn, worked examples, practice, timed sets and mastery — plus a dedicated formula book. Keep it open beside you while drilling; looking up is learning. Once knowledge is solid, protect it with the 75-second pacing system.
7. Where students share recalled questions
Because official papers stay unreleased, the r/CSCA subreddit, the CSCA Facebook groups and student Discord servers constantly trade recalled questions and PDFs. No. The administrators do not release official papers. All circulating papers are reconstructed from student recall — use ones that mark disputed questions honestly.
How many free CSCA mock exams do I need?
At least 3–5 full timed mocks: one to calibrate, the rest to stabilize scores and pacing. Add 10-question timed sets between mocks for weak topics.
Which subject should I study first?
